When the Association of Fundraising Professionals published a sector-wide survey revealing the prevalence of sexual harassment in the fundraising space, I authored this guide so DonorPerfect could proactively address a troubling issue that affects our nonprofit customers. By publishing this guide, we landed a longstanding partnership in support of AFP's IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) Initiative.
