When the Association of Fundraising Professionals released a report revealing a significant gender gap in nonprofit leadership, I pitched, produced, and authored this guide for DonorPerfect to generate awareness, inspire action, and take a stand as a brand. Content is based on my interviews with top women leaders in the nonprofit sector. This guide was the central piece of a multichannel campaign in which I served as content strategist and copywriter. It resulted in a considerable amount of media coverage from various industry publications and a multi-year partnership with AFP's IDEA initiative that positioned the DonorPerfect brand as a champion of DEI efforts across the nonprofit sector.
